Jazz up your Wine Glasses with Pebeo Vitrail & Glass Beads with Michelle

Do you have a cupboard of miss matched wine glasses? Why not make a classy set with some
Pebeo Vitrail Glass Paint, Glass Beads and a little Glass Glitter.

This is a really quick and easy way to jazz up your wine glasses.

Step 1: First clean the glass with rubbing alcohol or warm soapy water and then paint the Vitrail Gold paint onto the bottom of the glass with a dropper or brush. Add it to the base of the glass upside down and and create drips down the sides with the end of dropper/ brush.

Step 2: If you are doing a two toned colour add the second colour. I have used the noir Black here.

The beads used below turned black over the black Vitrail paint.

Step 3: While the glass paint is still wet sprinkle the glass beads over the wet paint.

Step 4: Add some Glass glitter if you like for an extra touch of sparkle.
TIP: Make sure it is glass beads and glass glitter that you use if you are going to bake them, plastic beads will just melt off in the oven where as the glass beads bake into the paint.

Step 5: You don't need to bake the Vitrail paints, as they dry they set and harden. Although I have baked the 2 glasses below for 40min at 160° make sure you leave them to dry for 12 to 24 hours first.
I don't have a dishwasher to give them a dishwasher test but I would probably just hand wash them anyway. Once baked the glass glitter beads baked on really well.
